Welcome to Rob Jackson’s Icebergology™ Coaching Academy (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.icebergology.com (the “Site”) and any related products or services, including webinars, courses, intensives, memberships, and digital materials (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.


1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video, downloads, trademarks, logos, and the proprietary Icebergology™ Model and related frameworks (collectively, the “Content”), are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works based on the Content without our express written consent.

Use of our trademarks, including Icebergology™, Icebergology Coaching Academy™, and related marks, without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.


2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Misusing or copying proprietary content or materials.

  • Attempting to access restricted areas without permission.

  • Introducing viruses, malware, or disruptive code.

  • Using automated systems (e.g., bots or scrapers) to extract data.

  • Harassing, abusing, or interfering with others’ participation in the Services.


3. Privacy

Your use of the Site and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.


4. Educational and Coaching Disclaimer

The Site and Services are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. The Company and its representatives are not providing psychotherapy, counseling, or medical services.

Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment or medical care. If you are experiencing psychological distress, suicidal thoughts, or symptoms of a mental health disorder, please seek help from a licensed mental health or medical professional.

Participation in coaching, webinars, intensives, or certification programs is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion. The Company makes no guarantees regarding personal or professional outcomes.


5. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

By purchasing or enrolling in any Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of registration through the designated payment processor (e.g., Kajabi Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds or credits under limited circumstances, such as:

  • Event cancellation by the Company;

  • Duplicate payment errors; or

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content.

For intensives, coaching programs, or live events, separate Client Agreements may apply, and their terms will supersede these general refund provisions where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, Services, or Content.

You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or Services is to stop using them.


7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.


8. No Guarantee of Results

The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding any expected outcomes from participation in coaching, webinars, courses, or certification programs. Results depend on individual effort, readiness, and personal circumstances.


9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.


10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.


11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Client Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the Site and Services and supersede any prior understandings.
