  3. Do I need prior experience to participate in training or webinars? No prior experience is required. Icebergology™ is designed to guide participants from foundational concepts to advanced applications.


2. Icebergology™ Webinars and Life Groups

  1. What are Icebergology™ webinars? Webinars are online sessions designed to introduce participants to the foundational principles of the Iceberg Model. The 101 webinar is currently the primary offering.

  2. What is the 101 webinar? The 101 webinar introduces the basics of spiritual formation and self-examination using the Iceberg Model. It’s a great starting point for anyone interested in personal growth.

  3. Are there additional Life Groups available? Not yet. We are currently developing additional Life Groups and will announce them as they become available. Sign up for updates to stay informed.

3. Icebergology™ Training and Certification

  1. What are the levels of training? _There are four levels:

    • 101: Foundations of Christian Spiritual Formation (Free).

    • 201: Facilitator Training.

    • 301: Advanced Leadership Training.

    • 401: Professional Certification._

  2. Do I need to complete 101 before enrolling in 201? Yes, 101 provides essential foundational knowledge needed for advanced levels.

  3. How long does it take to complete each training level? Each level includes 4-7 modules, with sessions lasting 1.5 to 3 hours each. Most participants complete a level in 4-6 weeks.

  4. What is included in the certification program? The 401 certification includes advanced training, a supervised practicum, and licensing options for professional use.

  5. Can couples enroll together? Yes, we offer discounted pricing for couples enrolling in training levels 201, 301, or 401.
