The Icebergology™
Daily Practice
A simple, Christ-centered rhythm for noticing what is beneath the surface—and inviting Jesus into what is real.
Most of life happens beneath the surface—our thoughts, emotions, desires, and reactions.
The Icebergology™ Daily Practice is a gentle, daily rhythm designed to help you slow down, pay attention, and walk with Christ in the ordinary moments of life.
This is not a program to complete or a system to master.
It is a practice of presence, honesty, and peace.
What Is the Daily Practice?
The Icebergology™ Daily Practice is a short, structured time of reflection that helps you:
• notice what is happening within you
• name your responses with honesty
• bring your inner life before God without fear
• grow in peace with God, yourself, and others
Each day follows the Icebergology™ framework—guiding you to move from awareness toward Christ-centered response, rather than reactivity.
You can complete the practice in 10–15 minutes, anywhere, at your own pace.
What This Practice Is
(and Is Not)
The Daily Practice is:
• not therapy
• not self-improvement
• not emotional venting
• not spiritual performance
It is a formational rhythm—rooted in Scripture, shaped by wisdom, and oriented toward Christ.
You are not trying to fix yourself.
You are learning to bring your real life before God.
Why We Begin With Daily Practice
Icebergology™ begins with daily personal practice because formation happens best before it happens publicly.
Daily practice:
• creates shared language
• prepares people for healthy community
• reduces performance and pressure
• grounds discipleship in real life
Life Groups, Formation Circles, and leadership training all build on this foundation.
You do not start with a group.
You start with attention.

The Daily Practice prepares you for each of these—but stands on its own as a complete and meaningful rhythm.
