Rob Jackson is a licensed professional counselor and coach with over forty years of clinical and ministry experience. He is the founder of Icebergology™ and the author of When Grace Meets Conviction (Tyndale/Focus on the Family, Fall 2026).
The Icebergology™ framework was born in a counseling room — not a library. It emerged from forty years of sitting with people in real pain: sexual integrity struggles, betrayal trauma, pastoral moral failure, LGBT identity and family fracture, marriage in crisis. The model is what Rob found himself drawing, again and again, to help people understand what was driving the behavior they couldn't seem to change.
