Leadership Formation

Icebergology™ Leadership Training & Certification

A formation-based pathway for leaders entrusted with the care of others.

This pathway is designed to prepare leaders to steward Icebergology™ with wisdom, patience, and care.

What This Is

Icebergology™ Leadership Training is not a program to master or a method to deploy.

It is a slow, layered formation process that emphasizes discernment, inner maturity, and relational responsibility before authority is shared.

Our aim is simple: leaders who can guide people toward deeper peace with God, self, and others—without pressure or performance.

How the Pathway Unfolds

Orientation — Understanding the Icebergology™ framework
Personal Formation — Experiencing the work personally
Discernment & Stewardship — Learning how to handle truth wisely
Facilitation & Practice — Leading others safely
Advanced Leadership & Certification — Protecting and multiplying the work

Most of this pathway is completed asynchronously.

Live components are limited, intentional, and relational.

Live Cohorts

Live leadership cohorts open twice per year (typically spring and fall).

These cohorts are not content-heavy trainings. They are discernment-based spaces focused on pacing, judgment, and responsibility.

Participation is by readiness, not speed.

Who This Is For

Pastors and ministry leaders
Small group leaders
Counselors and coaches
Lay leaders entrusted with spiritual care

Investment

The total investment for Icebergology™ Leadership Training & Certification is $2,750.
