What Is the Formation Circle?
The Formation Circle is a once-a-month, remote, live gathering that supports those engaged in the Icebergology™ Daily Practice.
Each gathering offers:
• pastoral orientation to the practice
• shared reflection around common struggles
• reinforcement of the Icebergology™ language
• space to listen, not perform

What This Gathering Is
